क्रियाद्वेषिन् — {kriyā-dveṣin} m. one who is averse to the part of a law-suit called {kriyā} i.e. to witnesses, documents, ordeals, &c. (one of the five kinds of witnesses whose testimonials are hurtful to the cause) Comm. on Yājñ. ii, 6
